Speaker Biography:
Ryan Mulholland is a Biomass/Renewable Energy Trade Specialist, a recognized renewable energy trade expert, and frequent industry speaker, who lead’s the U.S. Department of Commerce’s International Trade Administration, Office of Energy and Environmental Industries’ mission to drive the growth of biomass exports. He works closely with industry to improve competitiveness, market access, sector programs and resources, advocating for, and advancing federal policy benefiting the sector, while regularly briefing industry and key trade associations.
Previously, Mr. Mulholland was a renewable energy specialist at Sentech Incorporated, a federal contracting firm working for the U.S. Department of Energy’s Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Office. Mr. Mulholland received a B.A. in Political Science and History from the University of Minnesota and an M.A. in American Government from Georgetown University.
