Cancellation, Refund and Credit Policy

We are committed to your satisfaction and will refund 100% of your registration fee if our audio conference production quality or content did not meet with your expectations.

In the event the audio conference is canceled or you cannot attend, and provide us with 24 hour advance notice, we will refund 100% your registration fee for the conference, We can also credit your account in the amount of your registration fee towards a future audio conference.
